may i just say for the record:

this practice gets under my skin + negatively impacts my "attitude".  so if you think you are being helpful, factor that fun fact in.  please. 

the fact these folk don't get totally verbally annihilated with the quickness = proof He is Real.  to be conscience is to be in constant state of rage.  it is even written of in Scriptures.  so, yes, i have an "attitude."  i feel a whole lot of ways 'bout a whole lot of things.

stand boldly talking to me 'bout "attitude" if you want to.  i pray it is a Good day, for other folks' sake.  no excuse.  just the Truth...i am a work in progress.  

it is my prayer that Messiah even will pray for me and us all, that we will all have Good days, in these last days. 

sadly, none perpetuate these "attitude" lies more than those, one would think would be our natural providers, protectors and allies- Black men.  not all Black men but in large numbers.  there is no Black man hatred here either.  it is a simple observation.

these jokers, not all bm but in large numbers, are all too clear about the evils with which they deal.  talk to 'em 'bout what is happening to the daughters of the nation and watch how hard it is for them to see much less call things as they are.

Black women and girls were not exempt from the horrors of slavery + frankly, dealt with horrific, demonic misbehavior coming from all sides.  just like now...

i am sure Thandie Newton, Halle Berry, Zoe Saldana or somebody else that represents the new Black american woman, will play Sojourner Truth in the movie.

during the course of the dialogue, she said something that really hit a nerve with me.  it turned things up a notch or two, really...

first, i have to laugh 'bout her mentioning FN, in the comments in the link above.  lol.  reading his post prompted the hysterical pic in my war not against the flesh piece.  that was my attempt to make it make sense- which of course, it still didn't make any sense;(  lol.  also the fact that she mentioned Diahann Carroll made me laugh.  so much confirmation for what is unfolding before me.  there is a truly hateful, hates Black women, even as he uses them negro that could not wait to tell me how he disrespected Ms Carroll.  all proud with it.  somehow managing to tell his shameful story while trying to convince me that he stands up to white folk.  girl fighting, bass voiced negroes make me sick.  quick.  i pray daily not to go in on this soul as i deal with him.  though he is on the hide out after showing all the way out.  but that's a whole other blog post.    

i also want to say that speaking the Truth, of the impact of these sad facts on Blessed Blacks, is not a hate fest on white and other women's children.  it isn't about color.  it is all about KJV Galatians 3:28-29.  yet we live in a society that is based on color.  lying, pretending we can't see and refusing to address what is won't make things better.

it makes the sin they Love + stay in their close personal friend.  most will simply say they can't find a job, point the finger at white/pale men and line up the hard working harems.  the pale ones sitting on top, 'cause white(er) skin pays dividends even with Black men- they tend not to have to work so hard.  Black menfolk with lots of stuff can't.wait. to hand it all over to white(er) women. 

don't get mad.  i am not seeking to offend.  just have reached a place in my journey where i refuse to hold it in.

then the Righteous menfolk can only seem to find their speaking voice bass, when they standing in a Black woman's face...
