this is very important.  i pray you pay attention closely.  

the first thing you may consider is going to the Scriptures/Law for information.  make sure that you are full of the Word and pray without ceasing- prayed up i guess you could say.

when you pray, simply lift the idolatry/leavening from the bread:

10 For he that is entered into his rest,  he also hath ceased from his own works, as Yahweh did from his.

which is a great segway into the importance of Sabbath and making sure it is Set Apart and honored in Obedience. 

the 7th day is Sabbath...the evil ones named it after saturn of course.  b-al appears to be their all time favorite since it displeases Almighty so much.  anything abominable is 'in'.

Law regarding Sabbath and really excellent to read in general for Understanding of His Law:

Exodus 20:10-11

10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Sovereign thy Almighty:  in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:

11 For in six days the Sovereign made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day:  wherefore the Sovereign blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

also, Sabbath begins Friday at sundown to Saturday at sundown.  ALL food preparation must be done prior to sundown Friday.  no heat may be applied to food during Sabbath.  i prepare a hot meal on Friday with salad and fruits for the day of Sabbath...more hot food after sundown when heat may be applied.
